At Games Portal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Games Portal account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
